Along with Coral Brodie, Paul co-founded ICM in 1996. Paul is
responsible for all aspects of Groups performance and strategy, focusing specifically on Service Delivery.
» Coral Brodie

Along with Paul Rafferty, Coral co-founded ICM in 1996. Coral is
involved within all group activities including integration and acquisition. Coral has worked within the cleaning industry for over 20 years with extensive
experience in Business Development, Administration and Finance.
» Eddie Palfrey
⇒ Position Operations Director
Eddie is responsible for operational strategy and service delivery. Enjoying
over 34 years in the industry, Eddie has operated and managed across the cleaning sector and has held senior positions at MITIE, Pall Mall and Prompt
Cleaning. Eddie provides solutions together with innovation to maximize manpower efficiency.
» Mark Rogers
⇒ Position Director
Mark is responsible for leading the development of new business for the company,
identifying and negotiating opportunities for service delivery, as well as overseeing the management of the Sales and Marketing team.
He joined the company
from The Johnson Group Plc where he spent two years as a Director, prior to that he was a Director at Rentokil Initial Plc for seven years, previously he held
senior positions at John Mowlem Plc and Master Group, Mark's experience within the facilities management arena stretches over 26 years.
» Stephen Rafferty

Stephen is responsible for the operation and management of the
cleaning services provided for the Southern region. Enjoying over 30 years experience in the industry, 14 of which have been with ICM, Stephen has operated and managed across both the
Retail and Leisure sector.
» Ian Sinclair
⇒ Position H&S Director
Ian is responsible for the promotion of safe working practices and is committed
to developing, implementing and promoting a positive and sustainable culture of health and safety throughout all levels of the organization.
Originally from a catering background Ian's career graduated towards H&S in the late 90's. He is now a Chartered Member of the Institute of
Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) and has now completed his first three year cycle of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and is
now working towards Fellowship status.
» Simon Dale
⇒ Position Director of Support Services
Simon is responsible for managing ICMs dedicated Hospitality Services subsidiary, a business
specializing in servicing hotel and roadside operators including Moto, Roadchef, Travelodge and M&S Simply Foods - an area which we have been serving for over
a decade.
After studying business, Simon worked in property management with Royal Life Estates before moving into facility services in 2001.
» Ian Wright
⇒ Position Finance Director
Ian brings to ICM extensive experience in financial management in the support services sector.
Wright joined us from Krystallon where he was Finance Director. Krystallon started as a subsidiary of BP plc and was later acquired by Hamworthy plc of the marine and oil & gas services industry. Prior to this, he was
with Rentokil Initial for 14 years. Recruited as Financial Controller for Rentokil's cleaning division, he was subsequently promoted to divisional Finance Director of the larger Rentokil Initial cleaning business, a position
he held for more than eight years.
Ian has achieved BA (Hons) and is FCCA Certified as a Chartered Accountant and the skills and experience Ian brings to ICM will ensure that we have the financial strength and
resources to meet our business objectives as we continue to grow and develop.
» Our people
ICM has placed great emphasis on training right from the start, and we will continue to invest in this key area of our business. To this end, we have created a dedicated Business Support Department, headed by our director Paul Rafferty. This gives us a focused team responsible for delivering, monitoring and auditing training, along with allied functions critical to the company.
Our training centre features both a classroom environment as well as locations for practical demonstration. ICM is also committed in conjunction with Telford College of Arts and Technology, to the NVQ programmes for customer service and cleaning. A number of the team have already successfully completed their NVQ assessments.
