Integrated Cleaning Management launches leisure service
ICM Ltd is delighted to announce the launch of its ICM leisure service as part of its portfolio of specialist cleaning solutions. From its contracts with over 125 health, leisure and racquet clubs, ICM has recognised the very specific requirements that the leisure and health club industry has of cleaning service delivery, as well as the valuable contribution a cleaning provider can make to a member's experience.
ICM has recruited a specialist team to manage this new service led by Bob Spence, a former leisure operations manager with over fifteen years experience in the sector. Every member of the team has spent a significant part of their career in the leisure industry and has a working knowledge and understanding of leisure management. The combination of ICM's expertise in cleaning and this comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced in health club management, have created a portfolio of services with customer focus, technical expertise in multi-surface cleaning and stringent management reporting and audits at its core.
