Compass strengthens multi-service capability with acquisition of ICM Limited

Compass Group UK & Ireland is pleased to announce its acquisition of Integrated Cleaning Management Limited ("ICM"), the UK's largest independent specialist provider of core cleaning and related services. This acquisition reinforces Compass' strategy to enhance its soft support services offering and will enable us to provide a wider range of cleaning solutions to more organisations across the UK.
